Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for assisting in the performance of operations i.e, the measurement and pricing of construction work
Reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor with forecasting of costs and values of current projects
Monitoring and controlling costs within budgetary requirements
Liaising with clients
Implementing company policies
Undertaking all on site measurement for monthly and final valuation purposes
Securing fixed term price agreements for materials and plant machinery
Tender surveys for pricing purposes
