Byrne Civil Solutions Ltd. is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of its employees. We also fully accept our responsibility for other persons who may be affected by the company’s activities. We will ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that statutory duties are met at all times.

Byrne Civil Solutions Ltd adheres to the strict requirements and principles of its Health and Safety Policy, which is designed to promote the health, safety and welfare at work of all our employees. Implementation of the policy:

  • Provides adequate information, instruction and training to employees to ensure their competence
  • Ensures that suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments are undertaken and Safe Working Procedures are implemented for all work activities to ensure a safe place of work
  • Provides and maintains safe plant, equipment and work place
  • Ensures that adequate welfare facilities are provided, maintained, kept clean and serviceable
  • Ensures that, as appropriate and applicable, Contractors are suitably vetted and monitored to ensure they are aware of any inherent dangers at their place of work and they do not adversely affect any employee
  • The health and safety of the individual is of paramount importance and the company’s policy clearly reflects this requirement. No Supervisor should allow, condone or connive in any unsafe practices, nor should any employee intentionally commit or connive with others in any unsafe act
